I am unable to download files is it because I am using my iPad?

I have a iPhone 6 and when I pick a file then hit play it won't play

How are you supposed to download the files now? When I hover over the "MP3" it says "Download MP3", but clicking then doesn't do anything. So right now I am stuck without the ability to download. Maybe I am doing it wrong. How are you supposed to download files in the new design?

Ahhhhh, EMG, I found out what was missing. The usual way of logging in for me doesn't quite work anymore

Usually I'd log in by going to "My Account" and then it would prompt a log in window. After that I would be able to download files.

With the new site, that way of logging in has become insufficient for downloading files. Now you HAVE to use the (by me newly discovered) side bar login to actually be able to download files.

So, my issue was resolved by logging in differently. Maybe you should try it too?

It probably has to do with different types of logins, like loggin in into your profile and logging onto the page, one to edit your account and the other to actually do stuff. It also reprompted me when trying to post on the forum, suggesting there are 3 different, non-interconnected login possibilities to this site, only one of which actually allows you to download.

To answer your question which browser I am using though, it's chrome in the icongito mode and there hasn't been any problem before, and now after discovering this fix, there hopefully wont be any problems afterwards.

I too am having trouble with files. I am using an iPad with Chrome in Incognito mode and all I get is a "play" button in the middle of the screen that does nothing.

We are working on fixing the issues with apple products.
