Hello! I recently became a premium member, but I really can't seem to actually download any of the videos, which is a shame because there's a 25-second long one I would like to loop. I checked but I didn't really see any advice anywhere else, so I thought I would ask here!

Do you actually have premium? Your home page after logging in should give you a little banner saying what kind of premium membership you have.

Also, to download the videos, the file name will have the word video next to it. You should be able to click that.
