All right, So I've been listening to a couple of files every night for the past couple of weeks, and so far I haven't noticed any results. I'm pretty sure that I am going into trance, but I'm not positive. Could it be that I'm not going into trance and hypnosis just doesn't work on me? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should look for to notice if they're not working, or perhaps advice as to how I can improve my chances of getting into trance and getting the files to work?

Also, does anyone recommend getting a premium membership?

you need to focus, and dont doubt it, just keep listening, plus premium membership just gives you a wider variety of files, just concentrate on one...unless you think you can use the subliminals...in which case you should get a premium membership
