i really dont think these will work, i have d.led a few of the files, and if nothing happens, pfft

just keep listening they will work eventually

if u doubt they will work it wont work.
if u believe it will work , and let it happen , over time it will/should.
it will never/rarely work on your first try...

the forum members are giving you good advice ... if you are an easy trance they will work faster... and if you had a live in person hypnotist who can personalize it it would even work better .. but it is the selection of the files and how often and when you use them...and then the desire to become hat is on the file helps too...

Remember also that you are dealing with a complex, organic system: it's not strictly binary, it's not "if it doesn't work on the first try it never will." I started with the files a few months before Christmas, and they didn't seem to have any effect on me. Then they started to work a teensy tiny bit, then they stopped, and that made me sad. :-( But I kept listening, stopped obsessing on it for a while, and now I'm finding that they're starting to work again, and stronger than before (though still not 100%). :-)

In short, the two biggest things you need for these things to work:

1) Belief.
2) Patience.

Not necessarilly in that order. ;-)

be careful not to listen to lots of files in a short period of time, listen to one file for quite some time, it will work just give it time and focus
