I am asking for friend actually, but does anyone have any tips on how to get any of the breast milk files to work. The reason why is my friend is experiencing chest pains but no milk. Any ideas?

I would generally recommend patience however if one is trying to kick start lactation your friend may find it helpful to either manually stimulate their breasts or even use a breast pump to help get the process started. When researching some of the files I discovered that even in people who have never lactated this behavior will help get the required hormones for breast milk flowing.
