Im new to this, so heres my noob Question: What the hell is a Body File!?
Others like MP3, Subliminal, Binaural... are either selfexplanatory to me or i found something ie. in FAQ, but dint found anything about Body.

The body of a file is just the hypnotic part, no induction or awakening. It's mostly used for making playlists where you can listen to 1 induction do several bodies, and then an awakening.
