I'm a person who had never experienced a trance but this file is the more felt like i was in trance and kinda worked, then i tried things like that i will feel itch in my hand until i type something else and the trigger, then something like i will receive a pm from person and the trigger both worked but then i tried something like i will find an object, and that doesn't worked and then i tried again that i will receive a PM from person and didnt work, so im wondering how can i make the effects last more and stronger?

Dude. That's the only word I could think to use to start this off. Hypnosis is not magic. You can look into Neville Goddard if you want to manifest things, but being able to trance and then type that something is going to happen to you is not hypnosis. You might be able to type "I am going to get a boner" or " I am going to have motivation to clean my room" - but having influence over 3rd parties is not what this is about.
