Questions about training with multiple files

Hello!
I've been interested in hypnosis for a while, and I've toyed with a few files here or there over the years with some success. That said, I've been
wanting to make more of a habit out of listening to the files that interest me, and had some questions.
1) Is listening to multiple files less effective (I'm working with 4 right now)?
2) For the files where there is no separate body file, would it be more effective if I manually edited out the induction/wakener?
3) Should I listen to them one by one, or make a separate time for each individual file/thematically similar files?
So yeah, any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
