I apologize for this being an extremely basic question, but how are subliminals supposed to used?

I have a subliminal (Addictive Breast Play) that I got from another site. When I play it though the standard MP3 player, it sounds like multiple speakers talking into an echo chamber with their mouths full of mush. I can pick out isolated words, but taken as a whole, it doesn’t communicate with me.

So am I just supposed to play this normally and trust that my subconscious will somehow extract the information content from that mess and make some sense out of it, or is there some other trick? Or do I just have it all wrong?

Based on that sort of subliminal, that is the intent, in theory the true message may be hidden even deeper as you're not supposed to hear the actual subliminal message but it's hard to say it depends on who made it and how.
