does uploading still get you premium?

subject says it all lol. i remember it being kind of instant before, but i don't see anything anywhere that says this option exists anymore. so just wondering if i just need to be patient or if something changed. Thanks EMG!

uploading no longer gives you premium. it was getting abused too much just to get a free membership.
