so if im in trance does it have to be the person who hypnotized me to make hypnotic suggestions or hypothetically could i listen to a file to be put in trance just deep enough to make suggestions and have my gf make the suggestions and if it can be is there any tips or file recommendations?

it can be done, trance can be hijacked fairly easily but it does depend on the subject, if the subject accepts the new voice then there should not be a problem.
