Questions about XGirlTime

I've undergone hypnosis before, 5 or 6 times so being in a trance is not exactly new to me.
I've just downloaded the XGirlTime file-
could anybody who's had successes with this file please say how many times they had to listen to it before it worked. Stories of experiences while transformed would be nice too. And is your form for each age fixed or can you change it whenever you trigger it? Sorry if this seems a lot of questions in one go, I'm just nervous and don't really know what to expect from the file apart from what you get told in the programming stage.

PS have played it twice so far (probably be 3-4 times by the time i take a look at this forum again. If I manage the transformation in the meantime I'll tell you all about it)
