Purchasing a file here won't get your paypal banned, they only go after content providers not people making purchases. Still, if you're worried there is always the option for CC, you don't technically need to provide your name/address for that just fill in junk, make sure the card # is correct and the zip code as those are the only things actually verified by the card processor.

I've been using Paypal to process my sales for 25 years. I only once had a problem, and that was back in 2012.

I also used paypal the two times I bought banners here on wwm, Nov and Dec of last year (2025). No problems.
