Files not working for me

Hello,

I'd like to comment that im trying some of the trigger files, and i dont think they are working on me. I get relaxed, and focused and this all... but post-suggestions dont work... :cry:

I guess its because spoken english is hard to understand for me, and i keep trying to understand it (with effort).

:?: Does anybody know any similar site or .mp3 files, in Spanish?

Hi, I don't know of any spanish hypnosis sites, but I have had trouble with trigger files before. I would keep listning to the file, over, and over again, and if u don't know any words look them up later. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

and keep in mind the usual problems as well, like not fully accepting the suggestions,

hmm, maybe we could use some alternate language sister-sites. . .
