I noted that some of the new files are a "series of rambling affirmations." What does that mean exactly? Is it not hypnosis?

I do this sometimes. Basically, there's no real induction. I just phrase affirmations using nlp scripting as I ramble about a subject. Mostly, I use this to layer under other hypnosis files playing simultaneously at a lower volume, though I do sometimes post files like this as components for other hypnotists to add to their files. This type of file is also good to just play in the background while doing other things.
