On the file TrainTotal Control are the results real and will I be able to do the following after mastering it?
1) Change eye color. 2) Grow hair from wavy to straight. 3)Grow taller.

Listen to it and see :P You can skip the induction part (just fast-forward about 5 minutes) and hear what the suggestions are.
