The voting page allows members to post thier suggetions for files. The vote lets EMG know which file suggestions would be most in demand by the users of this site if they were to be made into files. Its information that he can take into consideration when deciding what new files to make.

Unless of course you are talking about the voting under each existing file where you can rate a file from 1 to 5. That voting is simply a method of rating the existing files.

Will I not talking about the file that have been Made.
