And can you read minds whenever you want, or is it a constant?

If a file to encourage telepathy works at all (and that's a big if), the way it works would depend on how your mind works and how telepathy works. Even with a more "normal" file, it's hard to say exactly how it'd work for you, since everyone's mind is a little different. On something like this, it's anyone's guess.

Because everyone responds in their own way to hypnotic suggestions, I kinda wish everyone would stop asking "does it work?" and "how does it work?" all the time. If you're curious about a file, download it and fast-forward to the suggestion part to see if you agree with what it wants to do. If you like it, then try it. If it works, great - if not, at least it was free :P
