Heel curse

I know that here are some files that are concerning in wearing high heels, but that are not the things I am looking for.

I am searching for a curse file, that forces males to wear female shoes. With every session, the curse should be stronger and stronger, that the listener wants to wear heels. With the time heels should grow up step by step as high as physically possible. This may be 5" or 6" or probably 7", but not ballet-heels.

After reaching the possible maximum-height, the curse should be permanent and unchangeble. Then the cursed person should not be able wearing shoes with less than 4" or 5"-heels.

Is there any existing file, that can do that?

A nice addition could be a file, that shrinks the feet for one or two sizes.
