It ALL depends on the person.. For some people trigger files will work better than curses, and so forth.

it's reccomended to start with trigfreeze, since there's the tester file.

i may test myself with LR housecat though, when i finally get used to trance.

my opinion

If you ask me, I would defiantly start with a train file. With trian files, the more you listen to them the better, and after awhile you may start to see results. The trigfreeze2 file did not work for me the first time, and I havn't really tried since (but i will).

I suppose that with TrigAmnesia you need someone else to say the revert phrase for you (as opposed to the Freeze files and such, where a prerecorded file can easily test the trigger without danger of you not hearing the revert phrase.)

I'm gonna go ahead and bump this sucker. This is a pretty important topic and I for one would like to know more.

I'd say something like TrigFreeze could be a good test to see if its working, and is quite simple for your subconscious to understand. But if it doesn't work, lack of confidence could make it harder to continue with other files or try again.

I'd suggest starting off with a simple training file with subtle effects, so that you can feel a slight effect as it builds up rather than having to go all the way before you see a result. TrainSusceptible, for example. Then once you're sure its working for you (say after a month of daily listening, more or less depending on how hard it hits you), try a trigger to test yourself and get that complete confirmation that it can work.
