When recording the vocals for a subliminal should I phrase instructions as I or you. Example- "I will begin to get stronger" or "You will begin to get stronger,"?

Actually, either can work, it just depends on how you want to do it. One is more of an affirmation format, the other is more instructional. So, choose one you want and be consistant throughout the file.

Thanks. Just got one more question. I was thinking about using the entire script. (hoping that's correct) Now, how does the looping of the audio file work? Should you just play the audio once or loop it so it lasts long enough?
