Question: Has anyone had any success with trigstopprocrastination??

I've wanted to try it, but I've been too lazy. :P
(Sorry, I'm sure you were wanting a real answer, but it's the truth.)

I'm curious if somebody has had success with it as well. It's definately something I might want to try sometime, as I am a huge procrastinator. I assume since it merely just alters your behavior a bit, it is a file that shouldn't take too long to work.

Hey, I got the same problem. But don't worry! I will download the file.....eventually. I assume it would work though, considering it isn't an excessively complicated file.

I listened but found it a bit longwinded and complicated..but I guess I wasn't in trance or I would not have noticed.

I used it some time back and it worked exactly as it was supposed to. Almost too well -- I was a whirlwind of activity.

Now here's the funny part: ever since that night, I've been procrastinating about using the file or trigger again . . .

If you can actually force yourself to get around to download and use this file do you really need it? or if the idea of it has gotten you to do it instead of putting it off does that mean it worked before you even used it?

I've used it a few times with success and I've also tried saying to myself "OK, why don't I just do what I have to instead of spending 20 minutes listening to the file" and it didn't work. So I'd say it's the file and trigger that does it for me, rather than the decision to listen to it.
