English is not my mother tongue, but I understand everything said in the file. I've listened to the file 2-3 times/day ever since last tuesday, experiencing trance almost every time. The trance has become deeper during the last few days, but I haven't achieved ANY results yet.

Depends on the person.Some people can get results instantely some take ages, some dont get any. Your subconcious might not accept the body of the file.

If this is your first time at trying hypnosis give it a while for you to get used to it.
