Depends on the trigger.

Since the topic is Trigfreeze1, im assuming this is about the trigfreeze file.

The simple answer is no, you can't. However there is a test (Freezetest) file that will trigger you and then revert you after 10 minutes.

If you accidentally trigger yourself then eventually your mind will revert. The urge to maintain normal body function (eating, sleeping, going to work, etc) will take over and you will return to normal. Also the effects of hypnosis wear off after a bit too.

Another option is the self-trigger file that allows you to trigger and then untrigger yourself. Im not sure if this works for trigfreeze though, because you can't exacly talk during the efeects of the trigger, and for the first version you arn't supposed to remember.

Uh, the two freeze-files use different trigger phrases, and the freezetest file is for TrigFreeze2. OTOH, it'd be easy enough to put together a test file for TrigFreeze1.

I checked, and part of it is that you can think the revert-phrase if the effects of the trigger keep you from being able to speak. It's also supposed to set a time limit after which the effect of the trigger will lapse unless you decide to continue it. It's also supposed to override any instructions to not remember what happened while you were triggered.
