are these all permanent or can they be reversed?

If it's not a curse, then it can be reversed. I'm not sure which file you're referring to (there are a few hair loss ones), but even the curse ones could be reversed with the paid file or probably after awhile of not listening to it.

I was looking namely at the pubic hair loss file. The reason i asked is cause I read the script and the way its worded sounds permenant.

It's only permanent as long as you don't reverse the suggestions.
