What file is best for bedwetting without the need of a diaper and is proven to of worked well, thanks.

Also are the effects going to effect me just the night i listen to it or more permamently?

Also I've never managed to get into a trance not sure why, I dont have a negative approach to hypnosis, i know that.

Might want to try different inductions, and maybe a deepener. I have never tried it myself, but I hear that Cardigan's inductions are pretty good. Might try Cardigan - deep trance, or any other of the cardigan inductions. . You can go to file search to find it.
