i have been listening to better guitar for about a month or two without results so i'm not sure if i accually enter a trace, i mean usually my arms and legs get heavy, but only on occation my torso feels heavy, and most of the time my heart speeds up instead slows down.

so my question is am i going into trance or not?

if not does anyone have any advise for me?
