Hello, My first language is not English but french, would it be an obstacle to get in trance and to succeed the goals of the files? However, I have some good basis in English.

If you can understand what's being said, it shouldn't be a problem at all. You might want to listen to the Suggestion part of the file beforehand (fast-forward a few minutes into the file to skip the induction) to see if you understand it, because if you misunderstand it and you're very suggestible, you might get unexpected results.
