Is getting headaches after listening (from a minutes to an hour after) to an induction a good or bad thing? :?

I did get headaches the first couple times after listening to several files in a row, but this went away after about a week of listening.

It's this.

Though there's not much open discussion of it here (that I've seen), there's a lot of NLP technology floating around. Six-step reframing is a good choice for what you're describing. It's what I'd have suggested if I'd been thinking of suggesting something.

When you're ready to spend a few hours learning, try Googling "NLP," "heurolinguistic programming," "Milton Erickson," "Ericksonian hypnosis," "Richard Bandler," and maybe even "Tony Robbins."

Welcome to the inside of your head. We've been waiting for you. Let's get to work.
