I keep getting am message plugin error when i hit a file to download anyone have an idea what i should do

A plugin error would indicate that your browser is attempting to directly play (stream) the file, instead of only downloading it, for later play, and lacks the appropriate plugin.

The quickest way is to right-click the link, and select either "Save Link As..." (Firefox), "Download Linked File" (Safari), or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer). You can also go into your browser's preferences and change the download preferences for .mp3 files.
