how many time must you hear file before it kick in full??

depends, maybe a few weeks, maybe months.

depends, on the subject of te file, on you, and the 'tist too.

For some people some particular file will work on the first listen. Others will take a few listens for the same file to work. Still others will take many listens for that particular file to work. And a very few may never get the same file to have any effect.

I always think it depends how much you want a file to work......

It does for me anyhow.
