how can i do this? i can tell im in a very light one b/c in gstrigwoman i want to listen to the file over and over and over again.

I find when I'm in deep trance my imagination comes to me extremely easy, which is confusing to my chatty mind. The other two big signals of deep trance no sense of time or care for it and a heavy focus on whatever your mind choose to do so. If you want to be deeply tranced remove any distractions both mental and physical so your mind doesn't wander out of it.
