Come on people, use your common sense. You can do amazing things with hypnosis, but you cannot transform or grow new organs and appendages. Don't go reading stories from mcstories.com and expect them to work in real life.

From one's perceptions, depending on how much the file effects them, it may as well be physical.

The effects of this file are mental. I haven't had any success with it but I have listened to it a couple times. If you want to try for a physical change then you should listen to CurseWomb. That one is suppose to change your genitals but it's not a trigger.

While I'd find it amazing and somewhat funny if that file could cause one's genitals to spontaneously change into a vagina, I'm afraid that isn't how the file works, nor do I think that will be possible any time soon. :D
