Do i have to sit and relax when i listen to a file?

Postby Whoolpurse » February 29th, 2008, 8:32 am

Hello. I've been herer for a couple of days now. I been trying some different files, But they don't seem to work, all i do is set the file playing and close my eyes while being as relaxed as possible. I seem to get a bit tired and i do lose the need to move but i remember everything even if the file says i wont. Am i doing it right? can i also put files on loop when i sleep? Can i just walk around with the files on my MP3 while shopping?

Well to begin with, I wouldnt recommend you put the files on MP3 and then go shopping,

No,

You do need to be as relaxed as you possibly can,

And even if you have full recall of the file after listening,

As Ive often found,

Perseverence is the key.

If you are getting to a state where you DO feel relaxed and not like moving,

Then thats a start,

Just keep on listening.....

I believe if you can get your body to that state, then it seems like your mind is still awake. You may want to try a deepener or two to get yourself more susciptible to it. I personally like using Cardigan - Deep Trance to help get myself to go deep enough to make files and whatnot work. It's more of a preference thing when it comes to finding the right deepener for you. I remember someone else saying that there are about just as much inductions as there are other types of files, so you really need to find what works for you best. Hope this helps! :)
