I've tried using the basic speech program that comes with windows xp for files don't say anything about being self trigerable. It seems to work, but I wanted to know from EMG, cardigan and the like if they think it works good. I know its not as good as having a real person, but its something.

I think this approach should work fine. Your subconscious will react like if you have been triggered by another person.
