Should I use/listen to one file at a time on one CD/MP3 or put many files on one CD/MP3? I'm thinking about listening to the PMS curse, Total Woman, Skirt curse, Trig Vagina. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

Before I found the Grock program, I used to have multiple files on one CD. That seemed to work best for me.
I'd start with one of the inductions. Then cut it off mid-sentence and splice on the next files (so I change "and now you're going to wake up" to "and now you're going deeper" or similar). A single countdown, or a couple of minutes deepening, between each file body.
I found that Reinforcer is a good file to end a CD, because it just adds a little bit extra to all the files. TrainSusceptible is good either at the beginning (in preparation for the other files) or the end (when my mind is deepest).
I'd strongly recommend listening to several files together. It worked for me :)

Grock works well for you? Do you have any suggestions as to how to use it? :)
