Ok, now I'm not going to ask what a deep trance feels like, because I know its different for everyone. So, my question is, is it alright to wake up a few minutes after the awakener. I have two inductions during my play list. Its set up where the first induction plays, then two bodies, then the second induction, a body and then an awakener. After the first induction, I get like a moderate trance going, where I can remember the bodies. Though I do miss some of them due to my mind wondering. How ever during the second trance, while emg is about half-way through relaxing your body, I seem to suddenly wake up a few minutes after the awakener. So is that a deep trance, or just sleep?

I'd say it was deep trance. Your mind just needs a little extra time to wake up fully. If it had been sleep, chances are that you'd wake up much later.
