I receive an Error: Access Denied when trying to download files I've already paid for. Any ideas?

Please tell me which files you have having troubles with and I'll check yout account and make sure you have the access you should.

Thanks, I will look into that tonight and try to get it fixed. I may have an idea what it's breaking.
