I have started listening to a few files yesterday at night, I started off with TrigFemaleForm thinking I would have instant effect. Foolish thought, I know. Obviously it didn't work and I felt a bit disappointed. I tried 2 times more and no effect whatsoever(Well, I could feel my eyes twitching..). This morning I decided to try the Cardigan - Deep Trance file, but once the voice tells me to relax my legs, I feel an urge to move my arms and thus breaking the whole relaxation I was feeling. I just can't resist this urge.
Ah yes, it is also worth mentioning I feel itches randomly as the voice(from either files) starts telling me to relax( I can resist those, but they totally break my focus).

Can anyone help me on this?

It's not uncommon for people to have feelings like that when going into trance.
