I've been listening to files for quite awhile now and I was wondering if with the file TrigChastity if it can be self activated.

Well, there is really only one way to find out.

Ok fair point but has anyone actually got it to work, I think I've almost got it too work because when the trigger is used I find it harder to get erect and it's not pleasurable when I touch myself.

I am working on the trigchastity1 from the chastity series, I had medium success until now, when self triggered I somehow kept myself from masturbating even when I wanted it...no pain feelings though.
