Hi everyone I was wondering about the subliminal files. I know some of you have said they work extremelly well for you. So i was wondering like how you listen to them like do youlisten to them softly so you tune them out or loud enough that you can barely hear a voice in the backround? And any other tips on listening to them? Thanks a lot!

yeah, well listen to it quietly, so you cant hear the voices, because your subconcious can hear it even though you yourself cant, its a very weird thing, but nevertheless, it works!!!
