i have tried so many files now, but i have never get it to work. why not? ( im sorry, i know my english sucks xD )

Might help to know specific files, or what kinds of files.

Might also help to know what sort of physical and/or mental state you are in before listening.

Or better yet, describing what exactly isn't working.

You say you've tried many files, have you tried picking one file and sticking with it for a while, for instance listening daily for two weeks?
