Who can ready my journal here?

Hello all, just wondering about who can access any journal entries I make here on the site. Are the open for anyone to see, or is there some privacy setting I'm just not seeing? Thanks, I'm thinking about using this online journal function to keep track of my different file use, effects, etc.

At the bottom of the "add entry" page is a little box saying Public? Yes/No

When the box displays "yes", anyone can read your entry
When the box displays "no", only you can read your entry
