Questions RE: Curse Nipple Enlarge?

Newbie here! I want to try the transformation curse Nipple Enlarge, but have a few questions before starting:

- how big do the nipples grow to? Do they just keep going until I have the curse lifted?

- how long does the file need to have a noticeable effect?

- has anyone else tried the file with success?
