Ive been trying the file for the past week or two and im havin problems with it working.

Im not really sure if i am in trance as I can still hear stuff around me feel my body, im havin a hard time picturing everything and when ever i try the trigger there are no differences.

If anyone can help or give any advice that would be great :D

i have trying this also..havent got any visuals but i feel more "playful" and want things in my mouth when i say the trigger. basically you will start at mental changes then progress
