downloading files

hello. new user here i was thinking this would be in FAQ but it's not.

i've been trained to trance from an young age. relax tec and all that. one year ordered an CD which used that switching ears low sounds thing to make the mind enter an deep state. been looking for more ever since but never looked hard.

i just tried DeepTranceBinaural (under self help) and it works. i'm looking forward to trying some of these others o/////o

but i am wondering how do i download these files. i wish to take this to work with me, they have harsh blockers and track what sites we go to. so i wont be able to put in the links at work.

any help on this would be wonderful.
