I have a few Questions about em. Is it smart to stick to one,or can you use several at a time?And whats the usual time for it to sink in?

well, hypnosis has many different styles of delivery so its a good a idea to try a few inductions to see which works best for you and then once you've found the style that works best stick with that. don't overload yourself with stuff though. give yourself some time take in the suggestions.
