Well i listened to it many times and it wont work. Any tips like when to do it, where, how to know if im in a trance. PLz help!

I can't say I know too much about it. But from what I keep reading, it's all about visualizing it, how it would look and feel and just trying to focus on that a while to get it in your mind.
