Catgirl file - am I doing this right?

I've been listening to this catgirl file for a couple of weeks now. I listen to the file in bed, just before going to sleep.
While trancing, or at least attempting to trance, my brain doesn't "shut down" or anything like that. My limbs do go all tingly and numb, however.
No transformation effects have resulted, even though I've listened to the file many, many times.
I note that the file has a very poor rating; do I need to find a different catgirl file, or do I need to trance differently?

Last night I tried LRHousecat, and tonight I tried the binaural version attached to the same file.
Still no obvious transformation. I think I did sense some fur during the file, however. More importantly, though, the non-transformation effects of the file didn't seem to apply. I'm not walking on all fours, and I can still read and speak. Those effects are apparently supposed to apply a lot more easily.
This file, unlike that catgirl one, has a pretty good rating, which suggests that I'm doing something wrong here. Help!

If these are the first files you are listening to you are trying to run before you can walk.
First get to trance using a normal induction. Once you trance properly, you can work towards transformation files.
It's like painting... first you learn the basics and then you can try to paint the Sixteenth Chapel.

I think it's the "Sistine" Chapel, but I do see your actual point there.
I'll try the Bubble Induction, which is apparently a very good induction for this purpose. Also, I'll try playing Calimore's Suggestible in the background for training purposes.
Thanks!

Lol I could blame it on the auto text feature of my phone but I won't do that!
Anyway, bubble is a very strong file with a very aggressive trigger with minimal safetie, so be careful. There's plenty of basic inductions put there, blink for example, and of course youCan always try mine :-)
Just have fun and be safe.
