Once a file has been learned, how often should it be listened to for reinforcement? I know everyone differs, but I'm looking for a ballpark figure.

Most likely you will notice a difference whenever a trigger is used and the effect is less than it felt like the last time. Then I would reinforce the trigger. If however what you're listening to isn't a trigger but something that goes throughout everyday I would check the effect mentally at least once a day to see if it's still holding up. If not, I would reinforce the effect. Otherwise I would generally reinforce about once a week.

Note that you might not see effects if its a mind-altering file. It will be becoming second nature to you so you won't notice itas changes untill you look
